This Privacy Policy describes how Zoya Health LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you visit joinzoya.com. Protected Health Information (PHI) collected in connection with medical care is governed by our HIPAA Privacy Policy (Notice of Privacy Practices), which you can find in the site footer.

Information you provide: when you contact us, create an account, or begin a health assessment, we collect information you submit such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping information. Health information you provide in connection with an evaluation is handled as PHI under our HIPAA Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we collect device and usage information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages) through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics services.

How we use information

To operate and improve the website and our services; to connect you with licensed medical providers and pharmacy partners; to process payments and fulfill orders; to respond to inquiries and provide customer support; to send service communications and, with your consent where required, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time; and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information with the independent licensed medical providers who deliver care, with pharmacy partners that fulfill prescriptions, and with service providers that support our operations (such as our telehealth platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal health information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Zoya Health LLC is not a pharmacy or a medical provider. Medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers through Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. Prescription medications are available only if a licensed provider determines a prescription is appropriate after a medical evaluation, and are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacy partners. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies operating under Section 503A of the federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and are not FDA-approved as finished drug products.
